Tropical Fruit Custard

Ingredients

  • 1 cup original unsweetened creamer
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 spoon custard powder
  • 1 spoon vanilla essence
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 chopped apple 
  • 1 chopped banana
  • 1 bunch of grapes
  • ½ mango( chopped) or any fruit of your choice

Preparation


  1. Put the creamer in the pan and boil it on medium to low flame
  2. Make the paste of custard powder with 2-3 spoons of lukewarm water.
  3. Add 1 cup of water to this paste and add to the creamer to bring it to a boil. Stir it and make sure no lumps. 
  4. Add sugar and stir it properly.
  5. Then remove from the flame, let cool in the refrigerator , mix chopped fruits and enjoy!
