Yogurt Fritter (Dahi Vada) with Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Plain Plant Gurt Probiotic Yogurt
  • 3-4 spoon brown sugar

  • ¼ spoonRoasted cumin seeds powder
  • ¼ spoon pink salt
  • ¼ red chilli powder
  • ¼ chat masala
  • 3-4 spoon tamarind chutney
  • Oil for frying

Preparation

  1. Add sugar to the yogurt and stir it.
  2. Sprinkle all the spices and roasted cumin seeds.
  3. Add vade to this yogurt and pour tamarind chutney and enjoy it.
  4. Or mix this yogurt with shredded cucumber, carrots and onion to make the salad.
